A pool closing includes the following services:
Blow out lines, skimmers, and main drains.
Add anti-freeze* and plug off lines.
Drain and winterize pump, filter, heater, and chlorinator.
Remove rails & ladders.
Add winter chemicals*
Install Cover.
Rate: $250 for the services listed above. These things will be performed by 2 of our service technicians and completed in one hour.
*R & S does not provide the chemicals or anti-freeze in the cost of closing. We can supply them if needed for an additional charge.
Optional Services:
Vacuuming and cleaning pool.
Filling of water bags.
Draining pool below returns.
Cleaning of DE or Cartridge filter.
Rate: $100 per hour for any of the optional services listed above.
We only ask that you have your pool drained right below the lowest return jet, and we will do the rest!

R & S Recommended Pool Closing Chemicals:
1 gallon of shock per 10,000 gallons of pool water.
1 quart of Algaecide 60 per 20,000 gallons of pool water.
1 quart of Conquest(stain & scale prevention) per 20,o00 gallons of pool water.
