We also have three water testing labs. In the spring and early summer, we test an average of 
100 water samples daily. Though R & S has computers to help with our water tests, we insist
on writing out each test report and helping select the products for each customer. We feel,
even with this volume, the personal touch is important. There is also an express lane to expedite
service to those customers who walk in and know what they need on heavy traffic days.
